Susan asks…

How good is The Body Shop tea tree range for kind of oily and spotty skin? Would you recommend it?

Not sure whether to switch to Body Shop range? Also is it necessary to use a 3 step thing or 2 step like face wash and moisturise? At the moment I just use a face wash? Also the body shop have two face washes.. a foaming one and another one which should I use? If not Body Shop any other good brands? Am in the UK by the way! Thank you very much!

The Expert answers:

Origins found in John Lewis, trust me its the best thing ive ever used.
I use to suffer with really oily skin, blackheads and breakouts until i tryed Origins face wash cleanser, toner, moistruiser and exfoliater twice a week. I started to notice a difference in a week. Ive now been using Origins for two weeks and my face has cleared up so much its like a miracle. The only problem with Origins is quite expensive. A cleanser facewash, toner, moistruiser and exfoliater all cost me about 60.00 pounds but its well worth it. Look on the website www.origins.co.uk or www.origins.com to speak to a adviser on what products will be best for you.
If you dont want to spend that much i do think body shop products are ok ive used them myself they did work but not as good as Origins. As long as you buy a face wash cleanser, toner and moistruiser, exfoliate twice a week you should start to see a difference. If you use just a face wash your not going to get anywhere. You do really need to cleanse, tone and moistruise AM and PM. If this oily skin is a real problem for you and you take good care do the dailymroutines and making sure you exfoliate once or twice a week you will see a difference.

Mary asks…

what to do when taking a car from body shop repair after an accident?

New car, had a nasty accident and the Insurance company selected a body repair shop, accepted the shop since I don’t want to go to the hastle of selecting one, and Its being repaired. I’m taking the car after the repair now. I’m worried becasue they might not use genuine parts and I might loose my warranty. I have no clue in body repairs and this is my first time going through it.
1) What things should I consider when I’m taking the car from the body shop?
2) Do I still have the right to ask for repairs if the car is not functional after a week or so?
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to take care of.

The Expert answers:

Call your insurance company and tell them you would rather take it to a dealership so you will get factory parts because you are still under warrenty. Or read your warrenty to see what is covered. Body components aren’t usually covered because they don’t affect anything mechanical. Also, OEM parts that a repair place would use will usually have some sort of warrenty. Do some homework. Nobody on here can tell you these things without doing your footwork for you.

Mark asks…

How can a body shop damage an alternator?

Recently, I was rear-ended and my car (02 Maxima) was in the body shop for a month. Upon picking my car up, I noticed that the clock was wrong and the trunk open indicator was not working. On the way home, my car stopped working. I was told that my alternator went out. Is there anything that the body shop could have done that caused this to happen?

The Expert answers:

It is possible if they did some welding on the body without disconnecting the battery. Th4e amperage used in a welder can overload and destroy the alternator.

Post-Wrestlemania Cuts – Who gets the axe?

It’s that time of year when the WWE makes cuts. Who will be cut this year (in other words, who will be in TNA at this time next year)? Several cuts are bound to happen, because just this week we saw the return of Alberto del Rio, the return of Brock Lesnar, and the debuts of Lord Tensai and Ryback (Ryback will be on Smackdown this Friday). Christian also returned recently, and Rey Mysterio, Wade Barrett, and Sin Cara will be back in the next few months. There’s also the rumor that Batista might come back in the next few months. So, who do you think will get cut? Here’s a few possibilities:

1. Trent Barreta – this guy hasn’t even been seen in a long time. Zack Ryder even tried to start a Twitter trend with #whereistrentbarreta. They’ve got no use for him, which is a shame because he has more charisma, speed, and athleticism then probably 75% of the WWE roster. They should bring back Caylen Croft and let them reform the Dudebusters. That was an exciting tag team to watch. Unfortunately, I say Trent Barreta gets the boot.

2. Jinder Mahal – He’s got no talent. End of story.

3. JTG – Former tag team champion, now a really bad jobber. He gets the boot unless he gets cast in The Marine 3, which they are considering him and Kofi Kingston for now that Orton won’t be in it.

4. Heath Slater – The most-used jobber, but another one with not much talent. They should replace his jobbing matches with Tyler Reks or Curt Hawkins, who have both been around a long time.

5. Kaitlyn – Just a waste of money now that she and AJ aren’t a team.

6. Mark Henry – WOAH! You didn’t see that one coming, did you? I read somewhere that he might be cut because he pissed off Vince McMahon (a la John Morrison). Apparently a few months ago he suffered a groin injury in a match, and VKM wouldn’t let him take any time off at all. At the same time, Del Rio had the same injury and got 3-4 months off. Henry reportedly let the WWE officials and everyone backstage know how he felt. He also has said he wants to pursue acting, even though he knows he’ll just get cast as the bodyguard/security/bouncer type role.

Anyway, that’s just a few. Who do you think will get shown the door?

The Expert answers:

All of those should get cut. In addition, Evan Bourne should get cut. Seriously, the dude is one failed drug test away from an automatic release, plus now he has a career-threatening foot injury. Cut him and if he does heal, he would fit well in TNA, the WWE doesn’t need him. I’m pretty sure just looking at the facts that Ezekiel Jackson will get cut also. I know last year the WWE was planning to put him in the title picture by winning the Royal Rumble and giving him a title match at Wrestlemania, but they dropped those plans because the guy can’t cut a promo for his life. I agree that Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins should get more Raw/Smackdown matches, even if it is just to job to someone like Clay or Tensai. Reks has been around since the original ECW, and Hawkins has been around a long time. Hawkins was even in a triple threat match at a PPV between Edge-Batista-Undertaker; Edge would roll out of the ring and then under the ring, and Hawkins and Zack Ryder, dressed as Edge would take turns in the ring to let Edge catch his breath. Hawkins and Reks both are underrated, as is Tyson Kidd, who I think should consistently be on Raw/Smackdown and in a title picture. He is one of the best WRESTLERS in the WWE today.

Being in Seaside Heights while Jersey Shore is filming?

I am planning to head down to seaside heights for a couple days this summer. I heard that the Jersey shore cast will be filming in the time that I am going to be there… Has anyone ever been there during filming? Is it an annoyance? Does it effect anything? Because isn’t there bodyguards, police, everywhere? And if you wanted to buy something from the shore store.. If anyone has ever been there during filming, please tell me about it!!

No but it always a busy place in summer!

Ruth asks…

Casting for James Bond Films?

Just curious who you would cast for the Bond Book High Time To Kill? I am reading it and thought Eric Bana could play Le Gerrant? The Characters are:
Le Gerrant-Blind And French
Steven Harding-Scientist and English
Roland Marquis-RAF Officer and Mexican/Spanish?
Chinese Ex-Agent
Basil-Bodyguard and Big/Strong
Paul Baack-Faked His Death

The Expert answers:

I’m not the hugest fan of Bana but your idea in him playing Le Gerrant I actually agree with. He really disguised his accent in The Time Traveler’s Wife and he wasn’t bad as a villain in Star Trek. I believe he could pull off such a role. But if not Eric Bana, I could see Antoine de Caunes as the character as well.

As for the other characters:

Gary Oldman as Steven Harding
English actor, who’s did such films as JFK, Sid and Nancy, Dracula and Batman Begins. Very diverse.

Imanol Arias as Roland Marquis
Does mostly Spanish films, but I’m half Spanish so I can watch and understand them. He’s a great actor and for some reason he came to my mind first.

Stephen Cho as the Chinese Ex-Agent
Ranked one of the best Chinese actors and he’s really a great martial artist, and I could picture him an agent.

Unfortunately, I cannot think of anyone big/strong that I picture as intimidating, with that bodyguard type look. So I’m not sure who could play Basil. Kevin Costner maybe? (joking)

Paul Bettany as Paul Baack (ironic about the names, huh?)
He’s played roles that all differ from one another, but in The Da Vinci Code as Silas, he was very dark and did a fantastic job so he, in my opinion, would be great as Baack.

Has anyone had any positive or negative experience with the body shop video updates of their vehicle the body shop post via email or on the internet to keep them updated on the progress of their vehicle? Can you just share anything about your experience with it?

The Expert answers:

I think this never happened on the net..but you can do it if you personally requested to them to post on a site that may actually let you view the undergoing construction/repair of your vehicle what so ever..but I’m sure they are adding extra charges for that request

Who is the cast for Sasuke (Kim Jo Nyun’s bodyguard) in Painter of The Wind Korean drama? I’ve searched through the net and I can’t find her… O_o She has another name which is Chon Ah (revealed at the last episode). Thank you for replying the question. 😀
Thanks for Athena’s answer but I’ve searched there. Even soompi forum. But I still can’t find it…

The Expert answers:

I haven’t seen that drama yet, try on here, and maybe you can recognize her from the photos, as I can’t see that name anywhere in the list.
